You’ll be guided step by step through the process of hand-building your own ceramic butter dish, learning simple techniques to shape, join and refine the clay. Whether you’re completely new to pottery or simply looking to create something beautiful for your home, you’ll be supported throughout the process.

Once your butter dish has dried and been bisque fired, you can choose how you’d like to finish your piece.

Choose from our collection of colourful glazes, and we’ll glaze and fire your butter dish for you, creating a beautiful, durable finish.

Or, for a more personal touch, return for a painting session and decorate your piece yourself. Take your time experimenting with colour, pattern and design to create something truly unique.

Your finished butter dish will be a one-of-a-kind piece, handmade by you and designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
